Refund Policy

RemoteLaunch sells digital career-support resources delivered electronically after checkout. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been provided.

We will review and resolve genuine delivery or product-access problems. Please contact Support if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• your download link does not work;
• the delivered file is corrupted or materially incomplete; or
• you received a product different from what was described at checkout.

Where applicable law gives you additional rights or remedies, those rights are not excluded by this policy.

RemoteLaunch does not offer refunds simply because a buyer does not secure an interview, job, placement or particular salary. The product is an application-support toolkit and does not guarantee employment outcomes.
